EOE/M/F/D/V
Ricoh Electronics, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and as such, affirms in policy and practice to recruit, hire, train, and promote, in all job classifications, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, or national origin. Nor will there be discrimination against persons because they are veterans of the Vietnam era, special disabled veterans, Armed Forces Service Medal veterans or other protected veterans. Similarly, considering the need for reasonable accommodations to their limitations, this facility will not discriminate against the qualified disabled, including disabled veterans.

This policy of equal employment opportunity applies to all personnel actions such as compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, tuition aid and social and recreational activities.

In the spirit of this policy, Ricoh Electronics, Inc. has developed and will maintain an Affirmative Action Program designed to complement our efforts in this important objective. Execution of this Affirmative Action Program is necessary to attract and retain qualified minorities, females, disabled persons, and protected veterans, and employment decisions are based upon furthering the principles of equal employment opportunity.

Our commitment to this policy requires that we audit and periodically report our effectiveness in this program. This will be managed by Wendy Danbury, Human Resources Generalist. Should you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact Wendy Danbury at 714-566-2542. Each manager and supervisor will be evaluated in part on the basis of his/her equal opportunity efforts. We count on all Ricoh Electronics, Inc., employees to take positive and constructive action in support of these efforts.
